Being in freeze is like being the rabbit in the forest, frozen still waiting for the fox to go past. Your system’s pumping with adrenaline but you’re not taking action or changing anything. Our problem is that modern society’s dangers and uncertainties aren’t “going past.”

Flop

Being in flop is being resigned to the way things are: there’s no point in fighting things, just wait for them to get better. Flop is a state of exhaustion, resignation and inaction. We’re just plodding through life surviving day-by-day.

Our Day-to-Day Reality

We’re stuck! We’re not taking action.

But we don’t have to be. Modern life is so overwhelming that we don’t realise that we can take the initiative, move past uncertainty and navigate our life into purpose, happiness and connection.
